We will be holding the annual community Dumpster Day on Saturday September 12. The dumpster will be placed along the side of 18 Helmsman Court and will be available beginning at 7:30a until it has been filled. In order to accommodate items from all residents, homeowners are asked to break down and consolidate items as much as possible, prior to placing them within the unit. Please note the following hazardous items are prohibited and need to be disposed of at the Baltimore County Landfill:
• Electrical Equipment including Televisions and Computer Monitors
• Hazardous Chemicals including paint, chemicals, motor oil, anti-freeze, gasoline, and light bulbs
At the meeting held in July, several residents vocalized an interest in volunteering to clean up the community from time to time. Therefore, the Homeowners Association will be providing trash bags and gloves for any residents who would like to participate in a neighborhood cleanup initiative on the 12th as well. All who are interested are encouraged to participate.
