In no event shall any pet be permitted in any portion of the Common Elements unless carried or on a leash.  For complete details check your Community By-Laws.  If you have question not covered, click the little critters below, they can point you in the right direction.

Architectural Guidelines

All changes to the appearance of your Town home must be pre-approved.  This includes exact matches for windows and doors.  Complete and submit the Architectural Change Form prior to starting any projects.  Failure to have the project pre-approved may result in fines and/or having to redo the work.  The form can be found at under the Documents link on this website.

Be a Good Neighbor and Noise

As part of a community it is important to be considerate of our neighbors.  Everyone should try to be amicable, pleasant and thoughtful.  Please observe quite time between 9 p.m. and 7:00 a.m.  Avoid the use of any noise generating equipment and monitor your children and pet’s activities that may cause excessive noise.  However, there are times when we must ask others to do the same.  If there is an issue with one of your neighbors, please try to have a conversation with them to resolve the issue.  If this does not work, send us an email at info@pinnacle-md.com and give us as much detail as possible. You can remain anonymous, but this will limit what we can do to assist you.

Keep off the Grass

Vehicles are not allowed on the grass. We have contracted a landscaping company to maintain the grounds. If your vehicle damages any part of the grounds you will be responsible to the cost of the repairs.

Parking

Marine Oaks parking lots are private and intended for the residents of Marine Oaks and their guests only. Anyone caught on property not displaying either a resident tag or a visitor tag is subject to be towed. No Exceptions.

Patio and Decks

Patio and Decks must be kept neat and orderly.  Only outside furniture and gardening containers allowed.  Do not store trash, toys, bicycles, brooms etc.  No inside furniture.

Service Request

If you would like to submit a service request.  Example:  Lights out, tree that needs trimming or other request email us at requests@pinnacle-md.com  Please allow 24 to 48 hours for a response.

This is not for emergencies.

Snow

The snow removal contractor does not begin plowing until the snow accumulation has reached three (3) inches.  They will plow the main drive lane, clear sidewalks and apply salt.  They will not clear individual parking spaces.  Do not put any items out to save a parking spot.  It will be thrown away.  Be a good neighbor and not park in a spot that was shoveled out by someone else.

Towing

In order to hopefully alleviate the issues, the board has voted to adjust the towing hours to the below. Any vehicle in a primary parking space within these hours, without a resident parking pass, is subject to towing at the owner’s expense:

Sunday – Thursday: 7pm – 6am

Friday – Saturday: 9pm – 6am

Additionally we ask that when having guests within the community outside of the towing hours that you be considerate of your neighbors and their desire to park within a reasonable proximity to their homes, and encourage guests to use our overflow parking areas.

If you are towed, your vehicle will be taken to an impound lot owned and operated by Mc n Mc Recovery .
